In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to exchange the product you are not satisfied with for a new one or return it with a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, and you are in accordance with Article 77. paragraph 5. of the Consumer Protection Act, responsible for any reduction in the value of the purchased product resulting from the handling of the purchased product.
IMPROPER OR DAMAGED GOODS
The customer has the right to return the goods in case the delivered goods are unsuitable or damaged.
Conditions for exercising the right to return goods
- When picking up the product, the customer is obliged to check for possible damage and immediately report it to the delivery employee who delivered the goods, or refuse to take delivery of a shipment with visible external damage and notify us immediately.
- If the customer finds that the delivered goods are not suitable for the ordered goods, he must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt via e-mail: info@glitter-airbrush.com.
If it is determined that unsuitable or damaged goods were indeed delivered, in agreement with the customer, we will replace the ordered goods or refund the money as soon as possible. A copy of the invoice must be attached. Unsuitable products, which the customer returns for replacement, must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. For the return of goods that function improperly due to a manufacturer’s error, the regulation on the product warranty period applies.
The only cost you will be charged is the immediate cost of returning the product and the possibility of resending the package to you. You bear the return costs in the amount of the selected delivery service.
REPLACEMENT OF WRONGLY ORDERED PRODUCTS
If the customer ordered the wrong items, he has the right to exchange them.
Conditions for exchange of ordered goods
The buyer is obliged to inform us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours after receiving the ordered goods, that he wants to exchange the ordered goods, in writing via e-mail to info@glitter-airbrush.com .
Replacement procedure
- Inappropriate products, which the customer returns for replacement, must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The goods can be exchanged in such a way that the customer sends back the ordered goods at his own expense to the address: Body Art doo, Dellavallejeva 12, 6000 Koper, Slovenia.
- The customer is obliged to place a new order for the desired item, and when Body Art doo receives the new order and receives the returned wrongly ordered item, it sends the ordered item.
Money difference and shipping cost
- The buyer bears the shipping costs for returning the goods and for receiving new goods.
- If the new ordered goods are of a larger amount than the returned goods, then the buyer is obliged to pay the difference. This difference may arise if the purchased product is no longer on sale.
- If the new ordered goods are of a smaller amount than the returned goods, then we will pay the difference to your current account. This difference can arise if the product has a reduced price or is on sale.
